Hack protection problem

Hello everyone!
I'me new in the game and in the forum as well,and I'm having some type of problem with the game. Everytime I launch the game, he iniciates, but as soon as he reach the log in screen he goes down and this error appears "Hack protection has identified a problem. (10301)"
I don't know why this is appening because my computer was "reiniciated" this previous week.
I would like to have some help here because I really want to play this.

Tgm is using his equip on his regular character named Pluss24. i know this cause i was once a gm on a server and i know that a level 100 with 24s should not be hitting 9 damage on a lvl 95 both same class archers,,
